Processing
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships.

All international shipments are tracked. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient; on low-value parcels like ours these are rare, but we can't guarantee it.
Halloween deadlines
To be safe for October 31, order by October 26 (US) or October 8 (international). Orders placed after those dates will still ship right away, but we can't promise arrival before Halloween.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. If a tracking number hasn't updated in 5 business days (US) or 15 business days (international), contact us and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address?
Email us within an hour of ordering and we can usually fix it before the label prints. After that, we'll do our best but can't guarantee a change.
