Wrong size? Free exchange.
Fit is the number one reason a costume comes back, so we keep this simple. If the size you ordered doesn't fit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's chest measurement, and we'll send the right size.
Returns
Unworn costumes with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice. No need to send the original back.
What we can't take back
Costumes that have been worn outside, washed, or have hair, dirt or damage from use. Halloween is hard on costumes, and we can't resell those.
How refunds work
Once a return is received and checked, refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
