Returns & exchanges

Wrong size? Free exchange. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and your dog's neck, chest and back measurements, and we'll send the right size at no charge.

Unworn costumes with tags attached may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Costumes that have been worn, washed, or chewed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To start a return or exchange, email kaviotco@gmail.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.
