Good Boy Costume Co. is a small, independent shop based in Bartlett, Tennessee, just outside Memphis. We sell one thing and we try to do it well: Halloween costumes that dogs can actually wear.
Why we started
Most dog costumes are bought in a hurry the week before Halloween, from whatever the big-box store has left on the rack. They're stiff, they don't fit, and the dog spends the evening trying to shake them off. We wanted a place where every costume had been picked on purpose: soft fabric, closures that stay put, real sizing, and honest photos of real dogs wearing them.
How we choose what we carry
We look at what people are actually searching for and buying each Halloween (pumpkins and hot dogs win every year), then we go find the best-made version of it. Every costume in the store had to pass the same checks: hook-and-loop or elastic closures rather than tiny buttons, nothing that covers the eyes, room for the legs to move, and a leash opening wherever a leash would go. If a listing only had cat photos or computer-generated pictures, we passed.
Sizing and exchanges
Every product page has a measurement chart, and we ask you to measure your dog's chest before ordering — it's the number that matters most. If the size is still wrong, we'll swap it. That's the whole policy.
Shipping
Orders ship within one business day, with tracking, to the US and internationally. Order by October 26 in the US or October 8 for international delivery to have your costume before Halloween.
